CGI-scripts

Hi guys,

I've made some small enhancements concerning the CGI-scripts I
last offered. The main points were:
- consistent file locking for multiuser operating
- guestbook administration pages (change layout and delete entries
  with your web browser)

Since I was very busy last week the work progress was slow but I hope
to offer e-mail tool, message board and HTTP-chat soon.
