BIG PROBLEM!!! HELP!!!

hey i'm having a problem with pi3. i run it under windows nt 4.00 Server and whenever i access the server the Dr. Watson thing comes up and says that it created a access violation error and it forces me to shut it down. can someone please help me fix this?
