OFF-TOPIC: Telnetd for Win32

Hi All,

I'm searching for a Telnetd for Win95/NT. 
It must have the ability to be a normal CMD.EXE shell or COMMAND.COM
I've been searching for it for 2 weeks now and all i found was a lot of
$Shareware$, that took a lot of CPU time (about 99% most of the time), on a
P166MMX/32MB !!!!
