Hi,
Yes you can run 16 bit applications but what would they do? I mean, you
can have it run Microsoft Word, but it still isn't going to show anything
on the website. The CGI (Common Gateway Interface) specifies that the
program should return something to the console, which is then interpreted
by the web server. If the program doesn't exit, then it's gonna time out.
