Hello my hopeful fewllow pi3-users
I am very new to this and would like any and all help I can get on the
making of this server work. The first thing i need to know is after I
create
a initial web page how do i set it in place so others will have access to
my
server and as well setting up a file listing to other that they can access
them Im not to good at understanding all this lingo and as I said I am very
new to this . So, if anyone can help please let me know

Hi,
Well, I“m using pi3web server since dec97 without problems.
You may put all the html, gif and jpg files in a folder (e.g., wolf) within
the folder webroot that was created when pi3web was installed.
All the scripts (e.g., *.pl, *.cgi, *.exe) go to the folder CGI-BIN also
created before by the install.
When you reboot your machine the server will be alive and your page
published to the www. Obviously, you may have a machine connected to the
net, if possible, 24 h a day.
Well, if you need a more accurate help contact me. I have some experience
with this matters and several pages edited that you may visit.
