No Subject

whenever I try to run my Perl scripts on my webserver I get a 

500 Internal Server Error 
The server encountered an internal error while processing this request.
The following error messages were logged during this request: 

CGI: error executing CGI program system specific error code is '193'
CGI: DoExecCGIChild() failed. Error code is 193. Start of command line is
'G:\WEB\SERVERS\PI3WEB\Cgi-Bin\guestbook.cgi '.

I have perl installed and when I type perl at dos prompt it worx?
