Under windows NT, system services can be changed from 'automatic' to
'manual' using the control panel service applet. NT desktop
applications do not startup automatically on reboot or logon.

For windows 95, the following notes are buried in the RELNOTES file

Tested. EnhPi3.exe sets up the server as a startup service by default
to disable this use regedit to remove the link
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\<directory where Pi3Web was installed>.

You can use the windows 95 registry editor to make this change, its
called regedit.exe

You should think about subscribing to the users group pi3-users@johnroy.com,
I'm going to this this there anyway so it gets passed on and archived.
